This privacy policy explains how NannyJobs Software Services ("NSS") treats personal
information that it solicits, collects, or receives, including information related
to your past use of services and/or products provided by NSS, including nannyjobs.com
services and/or products. Personal information is information about you that is
or has the potential to be personally identifiable. This information may or may
not be otherwise available to members of the public.

is requested or required by NSS or volunteered by you, constitutes your acknowledgement

information in order to provide you with the products or services you’ve requested.

to provide the products or services you've requested, with the following exceptions:

2. to establish or exercise its legal rights or defend against legal claims;
3. as necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities,
suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of
any person, violations of NSS' terms of use, matters of national security, or as
otherwise required by law;
4. if NSS is acquired by or merged with another company. In such an event, NSS will
notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a
different privacy policy and offer the option that your personal information be
deleted from our records; and
5. to notify you of offers, products, or services related to the products or services
you've requested.
NSS limits access to personal information about you to employees it reasonably believes
need to come into contact with that information to perform their job duties or to
provide products or services that you have requested. NSS has implemented and maintains
physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information.
NSS may update this policy at any time. NSS will notify you of significant changes
to this policy by contacting you directly or by placing a prominent notice on its
website.
